We provide services through the website as an intermediary to facilitate customers/ users to avail lab test/ packages facilities with nearby labs or around to their localities or of their choices at reasonable and affordable price.

As a user, you are entitled to following benefits: -

  • Share medical record with any other doctor anywhere for a second opinion.

You can book a test/health packages on the MedLiv website through the following ways: -

Select a test/health packages that best suits your requirements or doctor recommended tests from the "Lab Tests" and “Health Packages” section. You will be prompted to update your location on left of the screen in search bar - please select the location for which you wish to see the test/package.

Another way of booking tests on www.medlin.in is to search for a particular test /package that you want to book for home collection. To search for any test/package, the user needs to look for the search bar available on website

Some tests have multiple names or spellings. While we try our best to make sure to account for all that, there are chances that we may have missed something. Feel free to call +91 98293 47947 or email at info@medliv.in or fill up the feedback form and we will be happy to help.

Fasting maybe required in case of a few tests to ensure accurate results. In general, it is also advisable to abstain from alcohol and heavy diet at least for 24 hours before any health test. You can see the requirement for each test on the test page or feel free to call +91-98293-47947 for assistance.

You can pay for your tests through netbanking, debit card, credit card, UPI or Cash on sample collection. Once you have made the booking you will see your order and booking summary on the website and will also receive an email with details of your booking and sample collection slot on your registered email ID.

You will receive an email with the details of your booking and your sample collection time slot on your registered email ID immediately after you book a test. You can also check status of your booking in "My bookings" section in my dashboard on website.

You can view all your past bookings under the "My bookings" section under dashboard on your account on website.

At present, you can do the booking for only one patient at a time.

Unfortunately, after having placed your order, you won’t be able to 

  1. Add/delete tests
  2. Change patient name, email, mobile number, home collection address
  3. Change payment mode

But you can cancel this order and place a new one with the desired changes.

You need to call our customer care for cancellation of the same.

Unfortunately, you can’t part cancel your order. You need to cancel the entire order and do a fresh booking with the required tests.

Your samples will be collected from the convenience of your home or office at a time slot you have chosen at the time of booking.

No, we generally do not levy any home collection charges. However, a nominal fee is charged if your order is below ₹500. These charges will reflect in the final payment page.

We try to provide you reports at the earliest possible. Different tests have different report delivery Turn Around Times (TAT). To check the same against a specific test, please check the individual test for reporting on the selected test page.

Your soft copy will be sent to your registered account's inbox at medliv. You can also check your report in "Lab Reports" section in dashboard on the website. To obtain a hardcopy, Rs 50 additional courier charges apply. You'll get the report within 3-4 Workings days from courier partner.

We are always happy to welcome you as a guest, and it is not necessary to register with us to book tests on website. However, registration will only help to enhance your booking experience with us. Also, we are able to keep you informed about your order confirmations and refunds through email. To add to that, you will be able to avail the benefits of discount codes, report notifications, Cumulative reports only when you sign up with us.

You can create an account on MedLiv website through the following steps: - 

Select the login/register option at top right corner of the medLiv home page and enter your details to proceed for account registration. 

To make sure that your account is always secure, multiple email addresses or mobile numbers cannot be added. For an account, only one email address can be used to log in.

Please follow the steps below to reset your password.

  1. Click on ‘Forgot Password’ to start the new password creation process.
  2. Entre the mobile number and email ID used at the time of registration/account creation and click on ‘Submit’ button.
  3. System generated new password will be sent to your email ID provided at the time of registration /account creation. Login with the new password to access your account and you can change the System generated password in “Settings” section.
